Our host was so attentive, so thoughtful and very helpful! The room was always immaculate and the sheets felt so lovely. We only had a short stay but found it very easy to get around from the location of this beautiful stay. Highly recommend!

Truly a hidden gem in Zhangjiajie! I absolutely loved my stay at the Hideaway Hotel. The room was beautiful, spacious, and incredibly well thought out, with so many amenities and little details that made the stay extra comfortable. And the view was incredible — overlooking the old city and the river. For such a modest price, the quality of the room and the overall experience completely exceeded my expectations. What really made my stay exceptional, though, was the owner. He genuinely went above and beyond to help me throughout my trip. He helped me plan my days in Zhangjiajie, personally called the local park to check whether it was open because of the weather, and even picked me up and dropped me off at the airport. That level of hospitality is incredibly rare and made such a difference, especially while traveling somewhere new. Unfortunately, I didn’t get lucky with the weather during my stay, so I’ll definitely have to come back — and when I do, there’s no question that I’ll stay here again. Beautiful rooms, incredible views, amazing value, and truly exceptional hospitality. An absolute gem in Zhangjiajie that I couldn’t recommend more!

Everything was absolutely wonderful! The host even picked us up from the train station, which was such a nice start to our stay. The apartment was very cozy, stylish, and full of beautiful little details. The view from the room was amazing! The host was incredibly kind and helpful with everything we needed — he even helped us find a pair of glasses that we had lost during our trip. We really felt taken care of. Highly recommended!

Honestly, nothing. Everything was great!
