The stay was spectacular; it’s a lovely house. It turned out even better than I expected—I hadn't realized it was an occupied home (though the some nice person but, only use the basement), so it actually felt completely private... I recommend it 100%.
Regarding what you just mentioned—not knowing there was someone in charge who stays in the basement—the truth is, it felt as if there had never been anyone else there at all, I don't think it mentions this in the app, but the person in charge is very friendly; I decided to give it a try, and I really liked it.
