Location
The apartment is missing some very basic essentials: there is no cutting board, no sharp knife, no dishwashing liquid, no salt — just the basic things you would expect to find in an apartment. The bathroom cannot be locked, and the doors to the toilet and shower really need to be replaced. A minimal effort on the owner’s part could significantly improve the apartment in just one day.
