Quiet environment outside town. Nice ambience for private study and self reflection
Security was my biggest concern. I couldn't see any armed guard nor did I see any surveillance cameras. Door hinges were falling apart. Secondly, parking space needs to be properly gazetted. That space behind the facility is not good parking space even for emergency exit!
Fix doors and closets and put secure locks, Make rooms sound proof. I didn't like stepping on soil going in and out of house. Breakfast can be improved too. Katogo was good idea though it had a completely flat taste. Its better you say, Kitchen, fridge, microwave is available; do your meals as you wish.
