We loved how close to the downtown area it was and the walkability to restaurants and the taxi stand for the beaches.

The apartment building with 4 units is located in the center of historic town of Ayvalik, short distance from the restaurants and harbour. One of the apartments had access to a nice terrace.

We were informed one day prior to our arrival, that the hosts needed to depart for the weekend and therefore will not be able to provide us with breakfast. No attempt to provide at least some food in the fridges was made. Apartments are not equipped with any cutlery or dishes, therefore eating our own breakfast was difficult. Hosts are using a portable Wi-Fi which they took with them, therefore there was no wi-fi available. Parking is only available at a paid spot (which is common in whole historic center). Hosts communicate only in Turkish.
