Neuf, propreté satisfaisante (mais perfectible)
Extérieur et entrée peu engageants (immeuble en mauvais état, persiennes cassées) qui donnent une première impression assez glauque. Difficulté pour se garer dans les rues à proximité. Odeur de canalisations nauséabonde dans la salle de bain. Ballon d'eau qui a tendance à fuir. TV dans la chambre ne fonctionne pas (mais celle dans le salon est bien). Vue du salon sur des gros bacs poubelles.
