Appartement très calme. Emplacement très fonctionnel, proche de l'avenue de Laon et du tramway. Le centre ville est aussi accessible à pied. Stationnement facile dans une rue calme. Chambre très agréable et lumineuse, côté cour. Le lave-linge/sèche-linge est un gros plus pour les séjours prolongé. Cour intérieure très pratique.
Ouverture de la boîte à clé très difficile. Volets roulants de la chambre coincé donc réveil à l'aube. Salon-séjour établi dans un ancien garage et de ce fait : demi-fenêtre en bas du mur et une petite fenêtre très haute dont il est difficile de descendre le volet car également très enfoncée. Conclusion : pièce assez sombre, glauque dans laquelle on n'a pas trop envie de séjourner. Plans de travail de la cuisine peu éclairés
