Location, price, comfortable bed , nice owners.
No bath towels, only 1 hand towel and a bath mat I had to use the hand towel and a kitchen towel after my showers. Also, no coverings ( blinds were tied up at top of window) on the only window which is above the bed and a straight shot to the owners second floor where they had floor to ceiling windows with no coverings. No privacy at all. Their listing does state they have a little one and may hear noises which would be fine, but the little one was screaming in the early morning so I left way before check out time.
