Fantastic room for our big family. Lovely, helpful staff.

We were a little confused wise to do at checkout time because there was no one there in the morning but it wasn’t too much of a problem.

We stayed in the family room which was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was a cooked English breakfast with toast and a hot drink. The children’s breakfast was exceptionally good value at half price as it was only reduced by a slice of bacon and a sausage. The food was well cooked and tasty. Service was good and attentive without being intrusive. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts

A better quality of sausage would improve breakfast and a choice of white or brown toast.

Quaint country setting being an old English pub in the centre of the village. Staff were a family and very friendly
