A colourful 3.5 room penthouse on the 4th floor of the Residence Panorama. It is located in the middle of the village and is easily accessible. Just above the house, a forest trail (in summer) leads to varied hikes and walks. In winter, this path serves as a ski slope, so you can ski practically in front of the house. A sauna for shared use is located in the basement of the house. To unwind, you have a wonderful view of the Arosa mountain panorama from the south-facing balcony.It is a modern 3½-room flat with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is located on the 4th floor of the Residence Panorama. The cosy balcony gives a view of the mountain panorama and the beautiful Untersee and is well sunlit. The large bedroom has direct access to its own bathroom with bathtub and shower. The other room is furnished with a bunk bed, a sofa bed and a wardrobe. Another bathroom with shower is right next door. The open kitchen is fully equipped and very spacious (glass ceramic, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine and tumble dryer, fondue and raclette).
