Honestly, after we saw the picture with exterior of the house, we were in a bit of concern. Don’t be fooled by exterior. They location is at the beginnings. After you open the door to the interior it is totally different: super clean, brand new, smells good. Hosts… you don’t see them! Super friendly, easy access, close to Nibiru (walkable distance), parking available (free of charge). I couldn’t find anything to decrease the score. I would suggest to continue with furnishings to put some table or whatever under the tv. It will help guests with small items (phones, wallets, etc). Also, the entrance and parking in front of the yard, maybe next year you’ll think about some gravel. For sure next year we will come back (if we find available 😁)
