Xhasen Hotel & Café

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Xhasen Hotel & Cafe in Tirana. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive and genuinely kind, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. What really makes Xhasen stand out is the level of care and professionalism shown throughout the entire experience. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and you can tell that they genuinely value their guests rather than simply treating it as another stay. That personal touch makes such a difference. The hotel itself was beautifully presented, clean and comfortable, and the cafe created such a lovely atmosphere. Everything was handled with great attention to detail, and the service remained excellent throughout. If you are visiting Tirana and are looking for somewhere that combines quality, comfort and outstanding Albanian hospitality, I cannot recommend Xhasen Hotel & Cafe highly enough. A truly memorable experience and a place I would happily return to. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome!

I wish I stayed longer! The best Hotel I’ve ever been to!

Great hotel! The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Free parking was available, and the 24/7 bar was a nice bonus. Communication with the property owner via WhatsApp was excellent—quick, direct, and always helpful. The city centre is about 15–20 minutes away by car, depending on traffic. There area lot of public parking lots with fair prices.
