Excellent lounge with good quality furnishings inside the lounge , great finish makes for a welcoming experience, very clean and well laid out . I would definately book again if in the area. Well done !
Conservatory area, bedrooms and back garden were too sparse and could do with some furnishings. Strong sewage smell coming from drain outside the front door. These changes would enable above areas to be as welcoming as the main lounge / house .

Great location and well presented. Off-road parking . Lots of space. I had a comfortable and quiet night.

It was very clean and had private parking. The host was quick to respond to my questions
There were a few things missing which would make it a better stat- there was no usable mirror, just a decorative mirror above the sofa. Bins in each room and a hair dryer would have been great too.
