locatie is centraal gelegen, maar met open raam mbt de warmte ganse nacht lawaai, dus ramen in de loop vd nacht moeten sluiten. Vooral de badkamer was top, zeer mooie en topwerkende douche, mooie en goed werkende kraan in de lavabo
de ingang op gelijkvloers en eerste verdieping was ronduit ranzig!!! ok, dit is niet volledig de verantwoordelijkheid van de verhuurder, maar je kan op zn minst wat proper maken wanneer je gasten krijgt!

L’appartement est spacieux et très agréable , propre et confortable avec tout le nécessaire de base pour un bon séjour , pas trop chaud en plein été et où on s’y sent bien.
Le seul point qui dévalorise ce bel appartement est le grand manque de propreté dans les parties communes , complètement envahies par les pigeons et donc la saleté , des balais qui traînent un peu partout et l’éclairage qui ne fonctionne pas à l’entrée du bâtiment et l’insonorisation du sol qui craque beaucoup quand on marche mais qui reste un point mineur .

Localisation central entre Nancy et Lunéville Appartement propre, rénové, bien équipé. Facilité pour récupérer les clefs
Impossibilité de jetter les poubelles car les containers situés dans la rue nécessitent un badge. Appartement bien situé mais la politique de la ville concernant la propreté sont à revoir (nombreux pigeons...).

bon emplacement, parking à proximité Appartement très agréable .
l'entrée est un réel pigeonnier...un peu effrayant à l'arrivée !heureusement le logement a rattrapé le coup... Toutes les restaurations étaient fermées à ce moment...dommage.
