    We were fascinated by the beautiful photos and facilities of MBC Hotel on Agoda, and we expected to have a wonderful stay, especially because the main building looked so impressive. However, we were disappointed when, while waiting for our turn to check in, the staff accompanied us to what appeared to be the back building. It was completely different from what we had expected based on the pictures online. Our main disappointment was that our room was not located in the beautiful main building we had seen on Agoda. We understand that hotels may have multiple buildings, but we wish this had been clearly disclosed in the listing so guests could set their expectations accordingly. The hotel may look appealing in its photos, but the actual experience felt disappointing because of the difference between the advertised appearance and our room’s location. We hope management can be more transparent about room assignments and provide clearer photos and descriptions of each building to help future guests make informed decisions.
