Garden Old Town Residence - KRK 4 STAY

Wyposażenie, cisza i zieleń za oknem.

Freshly decorated cosy apartment with green views through the window. Clean and tidy. Big kitchen, fully equipped. Comfortable beds. Parking garage (though for an extra fee 50 zl/day). Fairly close to old town (20min by walking). We enjoyed staying here for 3 nights.

Nice green views, but because it is on the ground floor and super tall buildings and trees around, apartment has very little daylight what could be sensed especially during non-summer seasons. Checkin instructions could be better, we hardly found the lock box as per their instructions. The allocated M3 parking space is very tight due to pillars on both sides and some vent pipes on the wall, I believe you would not fit there with a van and ski box on the roof. The host was not very responsive, looks like the host company is replying to the messages once per day :(

To jest bardzo fajna lokalizacja na wypad do Krakowa. Jest cicho, przyjemnie, dość blisko centrum i różnych fajnych kawiarni i innych lokali. Niedaleko komunikacją miejska. Lokal dobrze wyposażony, ma wyjście na ogródek.

Chyba najsłabszym elementem był materac na łóżku i pościel. Nie jest źle, ale można trochę poprawić.

L’emplacement idéal : à côté du centre ville dans un écrin de verdure sécurisé avec gardien d’immeuble. Calme absolu. Présence d’un jardin accessible de la porte fenêtre. Les équipements: au top. Idéal pour 2 ou 3 (avec un enfant) personnes. Tour est neuf et joliment décoré. Le parking très pratique à payer en supplément

Le manque de réactivité et de réponse de l’hôte en début de séjour. L’absence d’alèses sur les coussins et matelas. Un nettoyage imparfait dans les coins (toiles d’araignée, insectes) mais il fallait regarder de près. L’absence de climatisation pourrait poser un problème dans les années à venir Il manque un séchoir si on veut utiliser la machine à laver.
