Helia Hotel Suites & Penthouses at Santa Bay

The location was fabulous as well as the staff specially the lady serving the breakfast was kind to everyone.

Please have a power backup generator cause if someone stuck in light while power loss it’s difficult to get out as well as the buffets in the morning should be changed atleast cause everything was too oily to eat

Jatkossa olivat pedanneet sovitusti. Maksuttomalle rannalle oli pitkä matka. Naapurihotellin kattohuoneistossa oli aivan kauhea reivi-melu iltaisin. Tuskin on jatkuvaa, paikalle oli sattunut ilmeisesti piripää mafioso.

Good value

A little dirty

The location was good and most of the staff were friendly

The pictures are misleading, it looks way better in the photos but in real life it’s more dingy. The bathroom had mould in it and initially we were given a room with a dirty toilet, but we were moved without an issue. There is also multiple addresses for this place making it hard to find, and the guy at reception didn’t seem to care when we told him that. We also tried calling the place several times and messaging but the phone was turned off. We only got a response on WhatsApp hours later which wasn’t helpful from reception
