Na pewno lokalizacja, bo w centrum i blisko dworzec PKP Częstochowa Główna. Nowoczesny apartamentowiec. Mieszkanie ładne. Tylko szkoda, że klimatyzacji nie ma, ale trudno.
Nie ma miotły, nie ma klimatyzacji, nie ma ręczników papierowych żeby wysuszyć mokre naczynia. Nie ma suszarki na naczynia, więc powinien być ręcznik papierowy żeby wytrzeć mokre garnki, naczynia itp. Ale polecam, bo ładne mieszkanie, czyste, bardzo blisko PKP.

A chyba wszystko. Lokalizacja, cena, pralka jest. Mili właściciele, widziałam ich osobiście. Nowoczesne budownictwo, a nie w starej kamienicy. Bardzo blisko dworca PKP. Blisko bary, restauracje, sklepy.
Brak suszarki na pranie, deski do prasowania, patelni w kuchni, brak klimatyzacji, ale teraz nie ma upałów to spoko. Z resztą to jest nowe mieszkanie, byłam pierwszym klientem u Nich. To jest nowość na bookingu, może dlatego tak. A i zasłony by się przydały bo te są za wąskie, wieczorem będzie widać mnie na podwórku, sąsiedzi mnie będą widzieć, więc zasłony szerokie. Klimatyzacja w upały, deska do prasowania, suszarka na ubrania po praniu i patelnia. Ale polecam to mieszkanie, bo nowe, czyste i to nowość na bookingu.
