The location was excellent, right next to Game City Mall, which made it very convenient for shopping and getting around. The apartment is also situated in a secure complex with security, so we felt very safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The place itself was very clean, well maintained, and exactly what we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was organised and in good condition. The hosts were wonderful to communicate with. They were respectful and patient, and they explained everything clearly to us. The handover of the keys went very smoothly, and we really appreciated that they also checked in with us afterwards to make sure our stay had gone well. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. The combination of the convenient location, security, cleanliness, and excellent communication from the hosts made the stay enjoyable. We would definitely consider staying here again.

My only concern was the location of the apartment within the building. It is on the fourth floor, which is also the top floor, and there is no elevator, so the only way up and down is by using the stairs. I don’t recall seeing this clearly mentioned in the listing beforehand, and I think it would be helpful for guests to know in advance. We were travelling with a one-year-old, so being on the top floor made me a little uneasy because of the height, even though we were always very careful and kept a close eye on him. This may also be something to consider for anyone who is afraid of heights or has mobility difficulties. Going up and down several flights of stairs was also quite tiring, especially when carrying a child and other belongings. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay.

The whole building has no lifts,so with heavy bags and kids its a lit of work.

Excellent place in Gaborone, Great host, great service, good location, reasonable distance from game city mall and near pick and pay supermarket. Security is assured and the rest are obviously great standard. I just had to give a honest review
