    We booked a triple luxury room (40m2) with balcony and mountain view, we arrived late at around midnight, and the receptionist was unpleasant, he gave us a very small room in the ground floor with a view on the wall of another building. We asked to change the room and he told us that they are all full. The morning after, there was another receptionist and manager, they immediately gave us a so much better room (so the guy lied to us the night before saying that there was no more room) more accurate, and they were so nice and gave us many recommendations about pamukkale but also about istanbul. The hotel is new, the beds are very good, it’s clean. And people in Pamukkale are very friendly and helpful.

    An impeccably clean and well-located hotel with excellent staff, a comfortable bed, and the building and room feel all new and fresh. I normally would not comment on this in a review but living on site is the cutest kitten you are ever likely to meet - and there are many of them in Turkey! I completely fell in love! She was the highlight of our stay. 100% recommended!

    We have stayed in other places in Turkey but this one is best one. Staff is very welcoming and help us in taking our bags to our room. Check in is easy. Fridge at reception is filled with water bottles and that’s free. Tea, coffee is free whole day. Location is perfect, all the restaurants are nearby. Breakfast is included in our package and breakfast Is good too. Room is very spacious, cleanliness is superb. They made our stay very comfortable. We don’t have plans to come back to pemukkale but will definitely recommend this place to our family and friends. To all who are reading this review this place is awesome and highly recommended.
