New Spacious Design Studio 7 Min Walk to Old Town

The apartment itself is brand new, modern, and clean. It is well-stocked with kitchen cookware, bio detergents for the dishwasher and washing machine, clean towels, and nice bathroom toiletries.

Unfortunately, our stay was very stressful due to several major undisclosed issues—especially while traveling with a newborn baby: Inaccurate Location / Walking Distance: The title claims it is a "7 min walk to Old Town," but in reality, it is a 20-minute walk on foot (it is only 7 minutes if you go by car). ​Misleading Listing / Not Baby Friendly: The listing advertises "family rooms," but fails to mention that the apartment is on a lower underground level with no elevator. Navigating steep stairs and a long courtyard with a stroller, car seat, and heavy luggage was very difficult. ​Inaccessible Windows: The windows are set inside a 2-meter deep wall alcove high up. Without stairs or a ladder provided, it is impossible to reach the handle to close them. ​No Wi-Fi & Zero Cellular Signal: Wi-Fi is listed as an included amenity, but was completely non-existent because the building is unfinished. Due to the basement location and 2-meter thick walls, there is zero mobile data signal inside. We had to go outside into the yard to make calls or send messages, and my partner had to work from cafes. ​Undisclosed Pre-Scheduled Hot Water Outage: We were left without hot water for 20 hours with a newborn baby. The host claimed it was an unexpected city issue, but building management notices proved it was pre-scheduled annual maintenance for this specific building that we should have been warned about in advance. ​Active Construction Site & Clogged Drains: The rest of the building is under heavy renovation with ongoing construction noise, workers around, and dirty common areas. Additionally, the bathroom shower drain clogs instantly, creating a flood risk within 60 seconds of use. ​Overall, we felt like test subjects in an unfinished property. Until the host properly discloses accessibility details and finishes setting up essential amenities, I would not recommend this listing to families or remote workers.
