Very comfortable bed, great shower. Amazing meals with 20% off for guests and really lovely staff.

Room was a little cold however new owners apologised. A full length mirror would be handy.

The staff are impeccable, particularly Pix, Gabby, Sarah, Kat and the kitchen crew. Meals are fantastic quality and value including options of half serves on larger dishes. Great veges and sauces that clearly aren't just "Maggi with a few peppercorns or mushroom" thrown in the microwave unlike many others. High pressure environment with several bars plus the bistro run on only a few employees who are always helpful and make this our "go to" after testing MANY CBD hotels. Transitional phase this month reducing focus on gaming to a a higher calibre gastropub environment has meant a few changes but staff consistently help make the venue welcoming. Queens Head lucky to have staff with such great attitudes to customer service, and a great kitchen, during these changes. Close to NoHo amenities and customer parking.

No dislikes, although such relaxing rooms could benefit from a Chromecast or similar for a deposit to update to Smart TVs without replacing the whole device given wifi is excellent.
