Ciamo Hotel

The rooms are nice and it enclosed for privacy. Staff was wonderful. The manager went above and beyond and I thank him for that.

Only thing was I started to see roaches. But I grow up with them so I kill them as I go lol. The property is lovely but it hidden in a crowded area. We did have to move downstairs on our last day because when we got a bigger room they should have had us to cancel the small one then rebooked for bigger one for accurate pricing and accurate booking because I booked for 4 days but they did not explain that the bigger room was only for three days. They was saying we came on Thursday so check out on Sunday but my booking says Monday 17 so next time they just need to make it clear so we did our 4th day but had to pay 50k because we moved downstairs to smaller room. One more thing is that when you shower in the smaller rooms the whole bathroom gets flooded but not out the room unless you have a towel or something on the floor. The drain was not drain very well. I do wish they can give at least two towels and incorporate small wash clothes to bath especially if you have couples coming and family.
