Espacio grande en toda la casa. Terraza genial para echar algo por la noche al fresco. Patio bien ubicado. Salón y sofa grande. Habitaciones amplias. Varios baños. Ivan el chico que la gestiona muy simpatico.

No tiene aire acondicionado. Los ventiladores hacen poco aire y ruido. La calle donde se ubica es una cuesta algo peligrosa, aunque suele haber aparcamiento siempre. La hora de salida es bastante temprano.
