Bra läge. Sköna sängar. Bra med utrymme i kök/vardagsrum. Mycket bra personal som svarade snabbt på frågor.

Köksutrustning behöver kompletteras,gick bättre att skära med bestickkniv än de slöa knivarna i knivblocket, ingen kaffekopp gick tex under kaffemaskinen. Lyhört. Inget städ eller byte av handdukar under hela veckan. Ingen AC i sovrum.

Świetny apartament i rewelacyjna lokalizacja Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Apartament był bardzo czysty, zadbany i świetnie wyposażony – idealny dla rodziny. Dodatkowym atutem była klimatyzacja. Wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy podczas pobytu, było na miejscu, dzięki czemu czuliśmy się naprawdę komfortowo. Ogromnym atutem jest lokalizacja – bardzo blisko stacji metra Gloucester Road, a w najbliższej okolicy mnóstwo restauracji, kawiarni i sklepów. W pobliżu znajdują się również piękne Kensington Gardens i Hyde Park, a także muzea i Royal Albert Hall. To była dla nas świetna baza do zwiedzania Londynu – można było zarówno szybko dostać się metrem do centrum, jak i spacerować po pięknej, spokojnej okolicy. Zdecydowanie polecamy, szczególnie rodzinom. Jeśli wrócimy do Londynu, z przyjemnością zatrzymamy się tutaj ponownie! ❤️

Very impressive accomodation, one of the best places I've stayed in London. Grand high ceilings in the ground floor flat were very nice! It was very modern and clean and had excellent air conditioning! They were also kind enough to pre-air-condition the flat before we arrived which was very pleasant after walking in the sticky hot London Summer air. The overall lighting was very nice too I thought, with lots of lamps as well as built-in lighting. High quality clean modern kitchen. Large comfortable bed and pillows. Great sofa with built in ottoman, very relaxing. Nice wooden floors. Big bay windows (at least in the ground floor flat).

Nothing to dislike! Just some small improvements to make it absolutely perfect: 1. The auto-off light in the bathroom was annoying. Please set it to 10 minutes rather than 1 so we don't have to wave our arms in the air all the time. :) 2. Washing/Dryer needs its fuse fixed to use the heating functionality (already reached out to them and they were very quick to respond and check it so it might be fixed already) 3. We like to cook and use food from surrounding local stores. The kitchen is *very* well equipped except for the following quite important things: Tin Foil, Scissors, Tea towels, oven gloves and a colander for italian or japanese food (noodles). It has everything else you'd need I think. 4. There was only one large coffee mug (maybe a previous tenant broke the other?). 5. TV didn't pick up any actual TV (already reached out and they started looking into it so maybe it is ok now) 6. Couldn't get the little safe to close or lock, this might have been something we were doing wrong.

The apartment was clean and had AC. The kitchen was well equipped. But AVOID if you are traveling with young kids.

The stay uncomfortable with kids. We had two toddlers whom were mentioned in the booking and paid for. I requested to have an apartment accessible by elevator despite it being mentioned in the description of the apartment but to be extra sure of the convenience of our stay. However, not only we were given an apartment not fully accessible by elevator , we were given an apartment that had stairs inside the apartment itself with a one year old kid it was a very uncomfortable stay. When I called them to ask to move to another apartment they told me all apartments have stairs inside which is NOT true as per my neighbors, it said a lot about management that day. The floors are very thin you could hear everything in the apartment above you, the sound of the steps would wake you up. When I requested early check-in 2 pm they told me that they will confirm the day before, but they couldn’t confirm even the same day or allow us early check-in because someone was checking out that same day. On our check-out day one of the management team told us we have to check out 11 because someone is checking in at 1. The contradiction of their statements was unappreciated . And with all the stairs inside and outside the apartment. No one could help us with the luggage on the last day, only a cleaning lady kindly helped us. I chose a serviced apartment over a hotel thinking it will be more convenient for my family but it was uncomfortable.
