About this house rental
Minimalist, yet with everything you need: children’s toys, books, lounge chairs, beach chairs, a patio in the garden, and plenty of beds, a smart TV, a washing machine, an oven with a microwave, a bus stop for those who travel exclusively by public transit, and a parking spot right by the house. The Baltic Sea is just 300 m away, and the Mönchgut Peninsula is right on your doorstep—perfect for hikes where you can meet some sheep.
You enter the spacious living area via the large wooden patio, which features a beach chair. Here you’ll find the dining area and a couch that can also be converted into a sleeper sofa. The living and dining area also features a small, compact but fully equipped kitchen. It includes an oven with a microwave, an induction cooktop, a sink, and ample storage space for groceries. The living area also has a refrigerator and a long shelf filled with books and games. The first bedroom adjoins this living area. It features a double bed and a compact washing machine. Next to it is the bathroom with a large shower. All rooms have natural light and can be darkened on the side of the bathroom and bedroom using folding shutters. The living room has underfloor heating. From the living room, a steep staircase leads to the first floor. Here you’ll find a single daybed and a play area, which is secured from the staircase by a small, lockable door (child safety lock). Next to this play area is another bedroom for two people. Both rooms can be darkened. Ideally, the first floor can be used exclusively by the parents (or anyone who doesn’t want to use the stairs at night), and the first floor exclusively by the children. The exterior of the house is thatched with reeds and clad in wood paneling. This is also why smoking and the use of open flames are not permitted on or inside the house.
The property includes a soccer field, a ping-pong table, and a volleyball court.
The entire house is available for use.
Please note: The house is located in an area subject to a visitor’s tax. We will calculate the tourist tax before your arrival (for this, we need the names of the adults and the ages of the children) as well as an email address for sending the tourist cards. The current terms and conditions for the tourist tax can be viewed on the Mönchgut/Granitz tourist office website. The tourist card allows for free use of public transportation on Mönchgut and also offers a variety of discounts on admission fees, etc.
