We have rented units throughout Camelback Village over the last 7-8 years and this is by far the best location...steps from slopes, 3 min walk to pool and unit at parking lot level for ease of unpacking, etc.
The place is a bit run down and needs a good deep cleaning but I would stay here again for the location. Owner/cartaker is very responsive.

My wife and 2 children (8&6) had a nice stay! The location is great and being able to walk to the pool was a plus. We also walked down the mountain since there was no snow which was really fun. The place is pretty tired and a bit rundown and the couch is broken and needs to be replaced. If you are there to ski and sleep this place is perfect.
