A peaceful retreat with breathtaking views from the terrace overlooking the pool, and relaxation on the beach with a view of the Aeolian Islands.

📍Location: Portorosa (4'), Marinello Lakes and Tindari Sanctuary (15'), Aeolian Islands ferry terminal (25').
The apartment, located within the “Il Portico” residence (with an automatic gate), is on the first floor and enjoys dual north/south exposure. It is bright and enjoys constant natural ventilation that keeps every room cool (supplemented by an efficient air conditioning system for maximum comfort, in addition to a portable ventilation system).

• 🍹🏊♂️Pool-View Terrace: The large south-facing terrace is your private stage overlooking the beauty of the surroundings. It offers a breathtaking view that stretches from the blue of the pools to the emerald green of the surrounding lawn and the hills beyond. The ideal spot for leisurely breakfasts or dinners under the stars.
• 🛏️Double Bedroom: A cozy retreat with a private balcony overlooking the vineyards and the enchanting Bay of Tindari.
• 🚿Wellness: An elegant bathroom, completely renovated in 2025, combining contemporary design with maximum functionality.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have exclusive access to all the residence’s amenities:
• 🏊♂️Swimming pools (from late June to early September): included with your stay, they are supervised by a lifeguard and reserved for guests only (no outsiders). Free use of pool loungers and umbrellas by the pool. A peaceful atmosphere, frequented by a small number of polite people, making it almost exclusive. Note: Swim caps are required, and children must be accompanied by an adult. Morning hours (10:30 - 13:30) and afternoon hours (16:30 - 19:30).
• 🚗Parking: Free private parking space assigned within the complex (automatic gate).
• 🌿Green Spaces: Spacious, well-maintained common areas for relaxation.
• 🚲Bikes: Two bicycles are available and included with your stay for exploring the coastal trails, in the shade and tranquility of the grove that runs along the coast. Playgrounds for children and fitness areas can be found along the trail. You simply can’t miss it!
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
• 🌊☀️Enjoy the beach: Choose between the public beach or the “Moby Dick” beach club (with a bar and restaurant). The route to get there is straight, flat, and almost entirely on a private road. Regardless of your choice, you’ll still be able to take advantage of the restaurant, bar, restrooms, and other amenities at the facility, which overlooks the beach directly. The photos will give you a better idea
• 🌍🌅Explore: We recommend driving to discover the area. Don’t miss the services in Portorosa (boat rentals) and the shops in Falcone (5'), the Sanctuary of Tindari, and the Laghetti di Marinello Nature Reserve (15').
