Please note that this room does not have a private office area inside. However, guests have access to a shared lounge and office area, shared with two other rooms. This common space includes a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink, and additional space to sit and relax during your stay.
Bed linens and towels are provided for all guests. The accommodation also includes a cleaning kit, complimentary coffee, toilet paper, and the essentials needed for a comfortable stay.

Damage to the following amenities will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover
In case of damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door of the accommodation, a penalty of 700 euros will be charged.
The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.
Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded security deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.
We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.
