The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is the heart of the home, featuring a large central island, sleek finishes, and everything you need to cook, entertain, and unwind. The living area is warm and inviting, complete with a gas fireplace and Smart TV — perfect for cosy evenings after a day exploring Wanaka.
Large sliding doors open out to a generous deck, where you’ll find an outdoor dining setting and BBQ, ideal for long summer evenings soaking in the alpine views. Whether it’s your morning coffee or a sunset dinner, this space is a true highlight.
The home offers multiple living zones, including a separate media room — perfect for families or groups wanting a bit of extra space to relax.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Each bedroom is thoughtfully styled with comfort in mind, featuring high-quality linens and a calm, modern aesthetic. The master suite enjoys a beautifully finished ensuite, while the additional bedrooms are equally inviting and share a spacious family bathroom with both a bath and a tiled walk-in shower. Both Bathrooms have underfloor heating to keep you warm in winter.

Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed
Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed

***Portable cot with bedding and portable booster highchair that clips to a dining chair available for hire at an additional cost. Please give us atleast 24 hours notice for this request.***

We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.
Interaction with Guests:
Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival. This is self catering holiday home accommodation. We provide sheets and towels but you will need to bring you own personal supplies.
