Welcome to my apartment! Modern apartment in the heart of Chamberí, Madrid, located very close to key city landmarks and with easy access to different areas according to your needs. The apartment is distributed through a corridor that connects all spaces comfortably and functionally. First, upon entering, you will find the kitchen, fully equipped with everything necessary: electric hob, refrigerator, microwave-grill, coffee maker, as well as cutlery and essential utensils. In this same space there is also a washing machine, hot water heater and ironing utensils for use during your stay. Next, you will find a complete bathroom with mirror, shower, toilet and bidet. Towels and toiletries (shampoo and soap) are provided for the first days of your stay. Continuing down the corridor, you access the living room-dining room, which has a table for four diners and a sofa bed for two people. In front of it there is a Smart TV. The living room also has a bay window with good views, storage space and additional seating. At the end of the hallway is the master bedroom, equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and windows with blinds to ensure a good rest. Both the bed and sofa bed come with bedding for immediate use. The apartment has air conditioning and heating. Cleaning is always done professionally to ensure your comfort. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental. It is not available for stays with tourist purposes. To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal rental contract and provide the reason for the stay. After the reservation, you will receive the contract for signature. Without its signature, the reservation will be canceled without right to refund. Enjoy your stay!

We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, if you need help during your stay. Please note that this is a private residence, so we ask that you take care of it as if it were your own.

Chamberí is one of the most emblematic and sought-after neighborhoods in Madrid, known for its residential environment, safety and excellent quality of life. The apartment's location, very close to Paseo de la Castellana, offers excellent connections throughout the city. It has multiple public transport options just minutes away, including metro stations such as Cuatro Caminos, Ríos Rosas, Canal, Iglesia and Nuevos Ministerios, as well as various bus lines. In the area you have quick access to important hospitals such as Hospital Clínico San Carlos, Fundación Jiménez Díaz and Hospital Universitario La Paz, among others. You will also find a wide range of restaurants, cafes, shops, educational centers and services, making Chamberí an ideal location for both short and long-term stays.

The property can be easily reached by public transport and car. The closest metro stations are Cuatro Caminos and Ríos Rosas, both just 4 minutes walk away. Madrid Barajas airport is 20 minutes drive from the property.

Check-in at this accommodation is in person. Check-in is from 15:00 (early check-in by request). You will receive contact details from our agent and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed our arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and garbage bags. If you need additional cleaning or bed linen during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking in the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor spaces of the residence if available. If our team discovers evidence of violation of this rule (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum €200 penalty for smoking. Please note that for stays over 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for public services will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Extra keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will apply according to the cost of the copy.

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
