Deerfield Hideaway at Old Smokey
This cozy waterfront lake house located in Deerfield Resort accommodates up to 16 guests, plus a toddler bedroom for two little ones, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a three-tier walk-out deck, beautiful lake views, and a single boat slip with access to a 4x4/side-by-side for transport to and from the dock. Other amenities include parking, proximity to the golf course, the Tiki Bar, and Winery. Book our two-house rental to accommodate 35 guests, with a private dock and a large platform with adjoining pathways. Ask us for more details!
The 3rd floor/top level consists of two large queen bedrooms, one with a dock, and one with a toddler sleeping area, and a full bathroom. The toddler sleeping area has two small crib-size mattresses in a cozy cubby that any nugget will love to sleep in. Includes one (1) Pack `n Play.
The first level has a large deck with an outdoor eating area and grill, a kitchen, two refrigerators, a dining area, a small island, and an additional dining table in the living area, a large walk-out deck with three sliding doors for access, one bedroom that is perfect for Grandma and Grandpa, and a full bathroom.
The basement level consists of a deck, a living room - perfect for the kids, a mini fridge, and a pull-out couch if needed. Two large bedrooms, one with a walkout to the deck, a bunk room with two bunk beds (four twins), and a fold-out futon couch (full size). You will also find a full bathroom and a washer and dryer.

EMPTY Trailer parking only in the driveway.
Do not leave any garbage bags outside.
Cover outdoor fabric furniture when it rains.

Must sign rental agreement & online check-in
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old to book.
Security deposits cc holds are required and returned approximately 14 days or less after departure.
Strict guest limits are enforced (children over 3 count toward the total); use of blow-up mattresses or tents to exceed capacity will result in eviction without refund.
No unauthorized pets, house parties, fireworks, RVs, campers, motorcycles, or off-road vehicles are permitted in the resort.
Locked owner closets and garages are strictly off-limits; tampering results in loss of security deposit.
Please inspect the home upon arrival and report any issues within one hour; no refunds are provided for mechanical failures or inclement weather.
Starter supplies (toilet paper/soap) are limited and not replenished during your stay.
Bath towels are NOT provided—please remember to bring your own!
