Jolly Harbour Waterfront Villa – Private Deck & 3-Minute Walk to South Beach

Enjoy waterfront living in Jolly Harbour’s South Finger, with a private marina-front deck and South Beach just a 3–4-minute walk away.

This comfortable two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom villa accommodates up to four guests and is well suited to a family, two couples or friends travelling together. Restaurants, shops, the supermarket and marina services are also within walking distance.

THE VILLA

The ground floor features an air-conditioned living room with comfortable seating, a TV with Fire Stick, a dining area, a guest bathroom and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen.

A washing machine is available for guests, together with reliable Wi-Fi, beach towels and beach chairs.

Both bedrooms are located upstairs and include queen-size beds, air conditioning and private ensuite bathrooms.

The waterfront bedroom opens onto a private balcony overlooking the marina, while the second bedroom has access to a terrace facing the internal garden.

PRIVATE WATERFRONT DECK

The living area opens directly onto the private waterfront deck, furnished with:

• Sun loungers
• Outdoor dining table and seating
• Gas barbecue
• Marina views

It is a relaxing space for morning coffee, reading by the water or enjoying an outdoor meal.

Please note that although the villa is directly on the waterfront, there is no swimming access from the deck.

JOLLY HARBOUR FACILITIES

Guests have complimentary access to Jolly Harbour’s:

• Community swimming pool
• Tennis courts
• Pickleball courts

Advance reservations are required for tennis and pickleball.

The Jolly Harbour gym is also available for an additional daily, weekly or monthly fee.

LOCATION

The villa is located in South Finger, a convenient residential area within the gated community of Jolly Harbour.

Approximate walking times:

• South Beach – 3–4 minutes
• Epicurean supermarket – approximately 8 minutes
• Restaurants, bars and marina services – within walking distance

Jolly Harbour also offers a pharmacy, shops, sports facilities, marina services and golf-cart rentals.

The beach and main amenities can be reached on foot. However, we recommend renting a car or golf cart for added convenience and for exploring Antigua’s other beaches and attractions. We can assist with arranging either option.

• The kitchen does not have a dishwasher.

• There is no swimming access from the waterfront deck.
