the spaces The apartment, of about 45 square meters and located on the ground floor, is furnished in a modern style with attention to detail. The entrance opens onto a bright living room with kitchenette, characterized by two large windows that provide natural light throughout the day. Here you will find a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed, a smart TV, functional drawers and a dining table for four people, creating a convivial space perfect for both relaxing and sharing meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, including an oven, microwave, gas stove, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer, and moka maker to start the day with authentic Italian coffee.
The sleeping area consists of a cozy and quiet double bedroom, equipped with a double bed, bedside tables with bedside lamps, large wardrobe and window, as well as air conditioning and heating to ensure maximum comfort in every season. The bathroom, located before the bedroom, is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, sink with mirror, hairdryer and toiletries.
Guests will also have free Wi-Fi throughout the property and a washing machine. A crib for infants is available upon request for a daily supplement.
