Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed w/ a Full size lofted bed, and access to private balcony

Private Ensite bathroom connected to Bedroom 1 (with stand-up shower)
2nd bathroom is on the hallway - Tub/shower Combo
Outside - Relax on the comfortable sectional sofa w/ smart TV, and a huge umbrella for shade. There is a table & chairs for 3 people, plus a fire-table to eat at or cozy up to on a cool night. *Propane Grill and propane provided.
This home includes a limo golf cart for licensed drivers age 21+. And you are just a few minute golf cart ride away from all the premium amenities that the Oceanside Village community has to offer.

**MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the house. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS.
