5 bedrooms and bathrooms are furnished with linen, towels and toiletries. (sleeps 10).
6th bedroom with twin bed can be arranged on demand.
1 office room furnished bathroom.
Big hall has wifi, bluetooth speakers connected and a TV with apple play.
2 dining spaces for family and formal dining.
Catered food can be arranged on request including setup.
Backup generator to cover for California blackouts.
UPON SPECIAL REQUEST:
Setup for corporate team meetings. There are two sprawling laws that can be arranged with amenities to provide unique resort experience.
Small events like family gathering, birthday party, anniversary celebrations can be arranged with local catering.
Addition insurance and fee may be required for larger gatherings.
All events must be pre-approved 2-weeks prior with a legal contract.
