Inside, you’ll find two bedrooms with queen beds. Plus an office desk in the back bedroom—great for remote work, or quiet downtime. Vintage details and casual décor create a warm, beachy feel throughout. Step outside to your own private outdoor oasis. Enjoy the large courtyard, fire up the BBQ on the front patio, or unwind after a day in the sun. A detached game room adds a fun bonus space to hang out and relax. The property is surrounded by greenery, including pomegranate trees, a mulberry tree, and a grape vine, giving it a peaceful, tucked-away feel. You’re just half a block from the bay and six blocks from the ocean, with shops, cafés, and beach paths all an easy walk away. One dedicated driveway parking space is included.

This private vacation rental does NOT include resort services such as daily housekeeping, replenishment of towels or toiletry supplies, or hotel front desk services but we are available via messages and phone.
Vacation rentals in San Diego are for the most part, second homes for the owners. Therefore, some furniture or decor may differ from what is pictured because the owners needed or wanted to replace something. Professional photos are expensive and we can not re-photograph the rental every time something is changed but we do maintain the listing content with any notable furnishing changes especially related to sleeping arrangements. (*Please note: We do not give refunds because a piece of furniture or artwork has changed)
Lost & Found / Shipping Policy:
We are not responsible for items left in the property after checkout. If an item is found and you would like it returned, we can arrange shipping. Guests will be responsible for shipping costs plus a small handling fee to cover packaging materials and time. $25 fee plus shipping fees.
*PLEASE READ ALL RULES AND EXPECTATIONS PRIOR TO BOOKING** While our #1 priority is ensuring that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us, we also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them prior to confirming your reservation.
1. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Violators of the quiet hours will forfeit their deposit and be asked to leave with no refund for the remaining days of the rental. This is not a party home.
2. Check-in time is any time after 4 pm. Check-out time is any time before 10 am. Please do not park in assigned parking space until 4pm or if approved.
3. Please do not bring any additional guests onto the property without the prior approval of the host
4. We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the home or on the balcony. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the property.
5. Parties or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM-8 AM. Violations after our initial warning may result in your removal from the property.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.
7. We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure.
8. We do our absolute best to ensure you have a great time by providing beach gear. However, if any of these items go missing, we, unfortunately, do have to charge the guest.
9. Furniture is not to be Re-Arranged
10. No pets allowed without approval. $150 pet fee if approved. Breed and size restrictions.
11. Late checkout will result in a $50 fee charged to the guest. The fee is only charged if there isn`t a prior approved late checkout.
