Welcome to our charming family home in a quiet Kansas City neighborhood on a short acre of land —ideal for 2026 FIFA World Cup guests. Enjoy soaring ceilings, hardwood floors, a grand piano, 8 smart TV's, multiple living areas, a gourmet kitchen with a large island and stainless steel appliances, and a coffee bar. Step outside to a peaceful courtyard with a porch swing & garden fountain, plus a fenced backyard featuring an outdoor dining area, conversation seating, fire pit, and BBQ grill.
As the hostess, Jill will be promptly available to assist you via app, text, or telephone throughout your stay. While you will have the house to yourselves, you won’t be alone when it comes to assistance with any questions you may have. Enjoying your stay at Magnolia House-KC.
Our home is conveniently located in Kansas City, Missouri ("The Northland"). It has easy highway access. Located 11 miles from the KC International Airport (MCI), 11 miles from Arrowhead Stadium, 8 miles from the National World War 1 Memorial (FIFA Fan Festival), and 4 miles from the KC Current's training center. For nightlife, 7 miles to the Kansas City Power and Light entertainment district. 4 miles to North Kansas City with many restaurants, breweries, and distilleries.
The home is located across from a park, and many hiking and walking trails are nearby.
Guests will have access to the full properties, excluding the front garage, basement, and walk-in pantry. The large rear garage, which accommodates two vehicles, is located on the northeast side of the home.
Primary Bedroom (Suite): Luxurious king-size four-poster bed with elegant dark wood furniture, ceiling fan, large windows, and private access to the backyard. Spacious and serene with high-end linens. The master bathroom has two sinks and a vanity, a walk-in shower with dual showerheads, a soaking tub, a private stool room, and a walk-in closet.
Additional Bedrooms: Multiple well-appointed bedrooms (total 3+bedrooms) featuring comfortable queen beds, quality furnishings, and ample natural light. Perfect for families or larger groups. Bedroom #1 has a private 1/2 bathroom and shares the full bath with bedroom #2. This full bath has a sink, stool, soaking tub, and dual showerheads. Bedroom #4 has a private 3/4 bathroom with a sink, stool, and shower. There is also a hall powder room.
Main Living Room: Open-concept space with soaring vaulted ceilings, a large white leather sectional sofa, a gas fireplace, and an 80" wall-mounted TV with a fire stick. Bright and perfect for relaxing or gathering.

Renting a car or using Uber or Lyft is recommended. Public transit options will be updated for the FIFA World Cup festivities.
*Dedicated off-street parking is available in the front driveway and rear driveway on the north side of the property. A maximum of 3 vehicles can be on the property. A two-car garage is available in the rear of the home. No Off-stree parking needed.
*Pets are not allowed on the property.
*No smoking is allowed inside the home. Smoking outside is permitted with proper disposal of butts.
*BBQ grill and fire pit are provided with 1 filled propane tank each.
*Thursday is trash day. Please put trash in the barrel with the black lid and recycling in the barrel with the blue lid. Place on the curb on the rear driveway.
*We are on septic here, not sewer. Please refrain from flushing anything except toilet tissue. No wet wipes or tampons.
