We had the best family vacation. The beach is within walking distance. The pool was amazing, and our 5-year-old had the time of his life in that pool every day we were there. We went to a lot of local beaches, and this property was the perfect location. You could go North to Vero Beach or south to Port St Lucie. Great property, we are so happy we found it and would stay again in a heartbeat.

House was clean and quiet with nice amenities including a wonderful coffee bar. Pool was refreshing. Beach is short walk. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back and stay longer next time. Holly the host was great.

We walked in the door and immediately knew we should have booked an extra night and did! Holly was more than happy and helpful to make our trip an extended stay. House, pool, and property is well maintained! Beds were comfortable, we slept well. I don’t think there was anything that we needed that wasn’t available at the house. If you’re coming to The Fort/Hutchinson Island and want relaxing serenity this is your spot! Beautiful beaches- if you have sensitive feet bring water shoes! Sunrise City Cafe, Havana George Cafe, and Skippers Cove were our top favorites for food and coffee!
