Villa Can Collet Petit is a charming rural villa ideal for enjoying a peaceful holiday in the north of Mallorca. With capacity for 4 people and located just 2.5 km from Pollensa, it offers the best of Mediterranean life amid nature, privacy and comfort.
The house has 2 cosy bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and a full bathroom with a shower. It has WiFi, as well as mosquito nets to ensure a comfortable night's sleep during the summer months.
Outside, you will find a beautiful space designed for relaxation: a refreshing private swimming pool surrounded by sunbathing areas and a built-in barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor lunches and dinners with family or friends.
Villa Can Collet Petit is the ideal place to unwind, enjoy the surroundings and experience the essence of Mallorca, just a few minutes' drive from the old town of Pollensa and the beaches in the area.
Important information to keep in mind:
In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside office hours. Replacement keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the day of check-out, no rubbish must be left in the property. Guests are required to dispose of it themselves; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will apply.
Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Therefore, shortly before your arrival, we will send you a link to complete the online check-in for all guests.
