The sleeping area features a comfortable queen-sized bed with soft linens, creating a relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring the city.



The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare meals or enjoy your morning coffee, with a dining area that’s perfect for casual dining.



The bathroom offers a clean, contemporary design with sleek finishes, providing a refreshing and comfortable space to start or end your day.



Located in a prime area, you’ll be just minutes from local restaurants, boutique shops, and popular attractions. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this studio offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience for your stay.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire studio, ensuring complete privacy throughout their stay. The space is exclusively yours, including the sleeping area, kitchen, and bathroom. For added convenience, self check-in is available through a secure lock system, allowing you to arrive on your own schedule without the need to coordinate.



Note: On weekends, check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 12:00 midnight only, as front desk staff are not available after midnight.



Getting Around:

Getting around Philadelphia from this location is easy and convenient. The apartment is within walking distance of bus stops and bike-share stations, making local travel a breeze. Fishtown, Northern Liberties, and Center City are just minutes away by car or public transit. Rideshare services and taxis are readily available, and street parking is accessible nearby. Whether you’re exploring historic landmarks, dining hotspots, or cultural attractions, getting around the city is simple and stress-free.

PLEASE NOTE: A $75 Damage Protection Program applies to every reservation and provides coverage up to $150 for accidental damage.

To ensure everyone’s safety and comply with legal and property requirements, we may ask you to provide a valid government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, complete our verification portal, and in some cases, undergo a background check.

• 🪪 Reminder: We require a valid photo ID from all guests staying at the property.

• Building Requirement: For building security and registration purposes, the primary booking guest must be at least 21 years old and must be staying at the property for the full reservation. If the person arranging the stay is under 21, the accompanying guest who is 21+ must be the one to book the reservation, be listed as the primary guest, and stay at the property for the entire reservation.



Rest assured, this information is used only for screening and verification and is not stored or used for any other purpose.



All guests will also be asked to sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of your stay. By booking, you agree to:

• Follow our rental terms and conditions.

• Provide a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in.

• Complete a background check if required by the property management or owner.

• Understand that check-in instructions will be shared after successful verification.



Verification must be completed within 24 hours of booking (or within 1 hour for same-day bookings). We may cancel reservations that do not meet verification requirements.



Pets:

Pets are welcome depending on size. Please let us know in advance and be upfront to avoid cancellation. Additional pet cleaning fees apply:

• 1–4 nights: $35 per night

• 5–29 nights: $250

• 30+ nights: $400



Other Notes:

• Security cameras are in hallways; a noise device monitors noise levels in the unit.

• Pool access is not included with this studio-type reservation. Thank you for your understanding
