Over all the property is nice and the host was very responsive but there were quite a few things that we were “catfished” on.When we arrived at 3:15 to check in, the cleaning person was still there. Once we were in the property we quickly started noticing things that the host considered “normal wear and tear”. The fridge has a drawer that is completely not usable as it’s broken and the freezer has ZERO shelves in it, so every time you open the freezer everything comes tumbling out. We were told a solution would happen but it never did. Hair was also found in one of the beds all over the sheet and pillow. The host did offer to have his cleaning crew come and replace the sheets but we opted to just wash ourselves. Two TVs in the unit were not able to be used as the remotes were never located. The 3rd floor balcony’s out door furniture was so dry rotted and falling apart that you could not sit on part of it. We were also told prior to booking that there was a garage to park in, if you intend on using the game room (this was one of the reasons we booked) you can not park in said garage as that’s where the game room is. Positives: Lots of beds, very close to downtown and lots of restaurants. Game room was a hit with the kids even though we had to “rig” the ping pong net with a broom stick because it was broken. Over all it was a decent property and the host did respond quickly.
