This beautiful 3-bedroom home is just a 7-minute walk from the local beachfront in Cabo Roig. The home features one bedroom and a full family bathroom on the lower level, and two bedrooms and a family bathroom on the upper level. The master bedroom has double doors leading to a large balcony, and the outdoor terrace areas are perfect for those lovely evening barbecues. The home has access to a lovely communal pool area and parking at the entrance, but parking in front of the house is secure.

Cabo Roig offers a fantastic selection of excellent restaurants and bars to choose from, so you’ll certainly have plenty of options. The beach near Cabo Roig is about a 10-minute walk away. A trip to the new Zenia Boulevard shopping center is a must, as there’s always evening entertainment in the main square, and on the upper level, there are many excellent restaurants to choose from.
