Right across the street, you’ll find Playita del Condado, a local favorite perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and snorkeling. To make your stay effortless, we provide beach chairs, cooler backpack and beach towels.
As the sun sets, immerse yourself in the local pulse. Walk to nearby top-tier restaurants and bars, or take a quick Uber to the vibrant Convention District. Whether you're seeking a quiet dinner or an electric night out, the best of the city is at your doorstep.

Our fully air-conditioned, open-plan layout invites guests to linger over a shared meal and great conversation. The minimalist aesthetic flows into two spacious bedrooms, each featuring:
King-sized beds with brand-new mattresses.
Hotel Collection bedding for a five-star sleep.
High-end blackout curtains for total light and privacy control.
Smart TVs, dedicated storage, and individual mini-split A/C units in each room.
Gourmet & Wellness
The brand-new kitchen provides everything you need for your morning coffee and beyond. With ample and uncluttered counter space, an electric cooktop, a microwave, and an air fryer, we’ve ensured you feel even better here than you do at home.
Designed with meticulous attention to detail, our two bathrooms offer a spa-like escape. Enjoy automatic water heaters, rain showers, and manual jet hoses for ultimate relaxation.
Your Peace of Mind
Our condominium is a secure, private building, offering a safe environment for all our guests. It also features a water cistern and power generator for all the building and it's apartments to grant uninterrupted service.

Self Check-in:
The lockbox is located next to the intercom-on the main pedestrian gate. When you arrive, you need to park outside or have your partner get the keys and parking gate card found inside lockbox #. We will send you the lockbox code on check-in day.
One free parking space:
Use any unassigned parking spot that is available.
Only park your vehicle in any uncovered parking; otherwise, it will result in a fine.
Other things to note
Direct access to the lagoon from the condo's rear gate. Across the street you have the best beach in the area, La Playita del Condado. Plus, we are a short walk away from Escambrón Beach, another beauty.
Our condo does not have a pool, but we do have a few hotels nearby that offer a "Resort Pass" for a fee.. VIP Adventures operates from a space on the condo's main floor. You can rent bikes, water sports equipment, and book tours.
Please note that we strive to give our guests comfort and quality. Please care for the amenities we provide. Use makeup removers. Damaged items will be charged as follows:
- Bedding, $100
- Towels, $9
- Spa robes $100
We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To protect your trip and avoid losing your payment in the event of cancellation outside the free cancellation period, we recommend purchasing travel insurance, which usually costs a fraction of the cost of your booking. If necessary, we will assist you with the documentation on our end.
