Guest Access:
Upon arrival at the building, you will find the reception desk, where you must check in. We will require photo identification from everyone entering.
If you arrive between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, we can greet you personally and give you the keys.
Most of our amenities are located in the building with the reception desk, which has an elevator:
• 1st floor: Gym and yoga area
• 2nd floor: Coworking space, movie theater, and arcade
• 4th floor: Rooftop with two pools and a sun deck
You will find the corresponding rules, hours, and instructions for each amenity.
The 3rd floor is currently unavailable.
Other Things to Note:
To reserve the scooter, we will need a valid official ID (INE) and a valid driver’s license. When the scooter is delivered, you will also be asked to sign a liability waiver.
The scooter will be available starting the day after your arrival. You must pick it up at Green Trip (ask your host for the exact location). For the return, you must drop it off at the same location and at the same time you picked it up.
Important:
You may not travel more than 10 km from the area, as the insurance will not cover any type of damage beyond that range.
By booking this promotion, you confirm that you have the necessary experience to operate a scooter safely.
