Chmielna 63 Street | 32 m² | SPA 23 is an incredibly comfortable apartment located in an equally comfortable apartment building. Its distinguishing feature is a functional and fully accessible SPA zone consisting of a gym, sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool. The building is located right next to the Motława River, just a 5-minute walk from the Old Town.



Guest Access:

The apartment is designed for a maximum of 4 people, but it will provide full comfort for a couple or a family with children. However, the swimming pool, underground parking and amazing location are not all positives. Another great value is the several dozen-meter-long terrace on the roof, from which there is an amazing view of the Old Town and its surroundings. This place is also an ideal sunbathing area. The height of the building means that we are much closer to the sun.



The Neighborhood:

The Granaries Island in Gdańsk is experiencing a real rebirth. Pleasant restaurants and cafes, modern, attractive apartment buildings, access to the river and the proximity of the Old Town are its biggest advantages.



Getting Around:

Our guests can count on the services of a private driver. By guaranteeing a comfortable ride, he can deliver them from the airport or train station directly to the apartment.

The proximity of the main attractions means that the use of public transport is not necessary. If necessary, however, it is possible.

The tram stop is located about 300 meters from the apartment. The bus is even closer. In many cases, however, a better solution is to use the Rapid Urban Railway (SKM - Szybka Kolej Miejska), which stop is located a few hundred meters from the apartment.
