Kotwiczników 12 Street | 43 m² | This stylish, air-conditioned studio of 44 m², designed for up to 3 people, combines aesthetics, comfort, and excellent equipment with modern design and a river view, creating the perfect space for a comfortable stay – both for a short city break and a longer urban-style visit.
The Space:
The bright living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a TV with cable channels and Smart TV, perfect for evening relaxation. Large windows provide a beautiful view of the river, adding lightness and a unique character to the interior.
The sleeping area can be separated by a curtain, which allows privacy and space division. It features a comfortable double bed 180x200 and a spacious wardrobe for convenient storage.
The modern kitchenette is fully equipped – guests have at their disposal an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, and kettle. Next to it is a dining table with chairs, ideal for shared meals or working on a laptop. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices has been prepared.
The elegant bathroom with a shower offers full everyday comfort – it is equipped with a washing machine and a hairdryer, making the apartment perfect for longer stays as well. Guests are provided with hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries.

The brick facades and high gables of the building refer to the city’s port tradition. The architecture of the building evokes the characteristic townhouse complexes typical of the Hanseatic city. The building reflects in the waters of the Motława River, from which it is separated only by a strip of greenery. Numerous museums, art galleries, theaters, churches, yacht marinas, gastronomic spots, and beauty salons are located nearby. Bus and tram stops are 300 meters away, and the Long Market can be reached on foot in just 9 minutes.
