Chmielna 112 Street | 37 m² | At Downtown Apartments, we know how to combine high-end quality with comfortable relaxation. A perfect example is our new Granaria A504 apartment with an area of 38 m², located on the historic Granary Island in the very heart of Gdańsk.



The Space:

The apartment was designed with romantic moments for two in mind – a bathtub in the bedroom, mood lighting, and elegant decor create a unique atmosphere. It’s the ideal place for couples who want to combine comfort with a touch of luxury.



The stylish studio combines elegance and modern comfort. The centerpiece is a comfortable double bed with a high headboard, perfect for relaxing after a day full of adventures. Next to the bed is a freestanding bathtub with hydromssage - a unique solution that allows you to relax while watching your favorite movie or series, as the TV can be viewed both from the bed and the bathtub. Large mirrors visually enlarge the space, while subtle moldings and lighting give the interior a luxurious character.



The functional kitchenette was designed with comfort in mind. Equipped with a hob, kettle, coffee machine, and modern fixtures, it allows for preparing both morning coffee and light meals. Next to it there is a table with chairs, which is perfect for shared breakfasts or romantic dinners. Elegant dark finishes contrast with light marble, giving the interior a prestigious character. For guests’ convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic spices has been prepared.



The elegant bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and rain showerhead provides full comfort. Marble finishes, black fittings, and a large mirror create a stylish, modern interior. Hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries have been prepared for guests.



Guest Access:

The adjacent building houses a swimming pool, sauna, spa and massage area, and jacuzzi, available for PLN 150/1.5 hours. Advance booking is required, which must be made at the Prana SPA reception desk at the Radisson Hotel, along with payment.



There is an underground car park in the building, ‘Interparking Chmielna 110’ (5 PLN per hour), but availability depends solely on the car park operator.

Exiting the building means encountering pleasant views. The river, historic townhouses of the Old Town and the historic Żuraw crane. On the ground floor, there are trendy restaurants, a grocery store and a popular evening meeting spot, the SASSY club.
