About this apartment rental
The Mader vacation apartments are located right in the center of Kolsass, on the 1st and 3rd floors of our building, each with its own entrance. The apartments, which offer a wonderful view over the rooftops of Kolsass, are easily accessible via our elevator, directly from your reserved parking space.
You’ll receive the keys to the apartment and the lockable bike storage room when we welcome you as your hosts. We’ll also provide you with any information you need right away and will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
The apartments offer all the amenities you’re used to at home. If, however, you find that something is missing, we’ll do our best to take care of it. The Inntal Bike Path runs right by the property. Countless running routes and hiking trails cater to your desire for sports and exercise. In winter, the small ski area on the Kolsassberg is ideal for your little ones’ first turns on the slopes.

A special highlight is the 20 m² terrace, ideal for relaxing, enjoying breakfast in the fresh air, or spending cozy evenings.
The apartment features a separate bedroom with a comfortable bed, a bright and inviting living room, and a large, fully equipped kitchen where you can cook in comfort. A modern bathroom rounds out the high-quality amenities.
The apartment is fully accessible and easily reached by elevator, making it ideal for guests with limited mobility.
Whether for a short getaway or a longer stay, this vacation rental offers the perfect blend of comfort, tranquility, and modern amenities.
On-site costs: We want to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible, so we’d like to offer you a few amenities: - Late check-in available upon request - Rental of sleds, hiking poles, and snowshoes - Crib and changing pad available upon request - Children’s playgrounds are within walking distance - A hiking backpack and umbrella are available in the coat closet - Indoor pool and spa at the neighboring hotel (for a fee) - Contactless check-in via key safe available upon request
