Enjoy uninterrupted sea views from this sophisticated apartment which sits by Moot Green, just a couple of minutes from the heart of town. Interiors are spacious and elegant, with an open-plan living/kitchen/dining room on the first floor, and three bedrooms (double, super-king and king), plus a shower room and a luxurious bathroom on the second floor.

Runton occupies two floors of a three-storey Edwardian house which sits in an enviable position on the sea front between Crag Path and Crabbe Street. The door from Crabbe Street opens exclusively to the apartment where you'll find space for footwear and coats before ascending the steep stairs (with rope rails to assist you) to the first-floor landing giving access to the elegant open-plan living/kitchen/dining room. Stylish wooden flooring runs through most of the first floor with carpets on the stairs and in all bedrooms.

KITCHEN/LIVING/DINING ROOM
Soak up the sea views from this beautiful L shaped room which has a couple of sofas positioned to enjoy the view, the TV, and warmth of the modern gas burner to one side; and a chic glass dining table with chairs on the other; with double doors opening to the balcony where you can enjoy an aperitif whilst watching the world go by.
The kitchen has units running round three walls, housing a waist height double oven, a built -n microwave, a dishwasher, fridge/freezer (6 shelves in the fridge and a veg drawer, and 2.5 drawers in the freezer), a Roberts Radio, a Nespresso machine which takes standard sized pods, a kettle, and a toaster.

SHOWER ROOM
This smart shower room has a rain shower head in the corner cubicle, a wash basin with storage beneath, a WC, a heated towel rail (towels are supplied for all guests), and natural light.

TOWN DOUBLE BEDROOM
Up a few steps from the landing on a split level, this pretty bedroom overlooks the houses and rooftops of Aldeburgh. The room has a lovely ornate fireplace and is furnished with a double bed, bedside drawers, a large wardrobe with ample space to unpack.

SECOND FLOOR
Continue up the wide carpeted staircase to the top floor, with a stop to enjoy the view from the half-landing over Moot Green with the boating pond where children can enjoy the simple pleasures of the boating pond, the historic Moot Hall, and along the coast to Thorpeness.

SEA VIEW SUPER-KING
Wake to the sunrise in this light and airy bedroom where the super-king sized bed takes pride of place between bedside drawers, with a wardrobe and additional drawers for your clothes.

SEA VIEW KING
Guests have views of both the town and the sea in this charming room, furnished with a wrought iron bed bedside tables, a massive chest of drawers, and a hanging rail.
BATHROOM
A luxurious bathroom with an impressive deep bath, a shower cubicle with rain shower head, large basin with storage, WC, heated towel rail, and the waves glistening through the recessed window.

OUTSIDE
Parking is available on roads close by; directly outside the house there's restricted but convenient for a couple of hours or overnight, and there’s unrestricted parking near the White Lion Hotel just a few minute’s walk away.
The pretty south-facing patio style garden is cleverly divided so you have the upper terrace in which relax in and soak up the sea air. The lower section is allocated to the guests in the ground floor flat and separated to give a some privacy.
